crock pot chicken w/vegetables

My husband loves beef roast made in the crock pot.I was going to make chicken one night.He asked me if I could fix it like a roast.I said I didn't know,but that I would try it.So this is what I came up with.It was soooo good.And of course simple to make.I hope that you and your family will like this as much as we did.

Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 bag frozen carrots
- 1/2 bag frozen peas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4- 5 - potatoes
- 1 box stove top stuffing-chicken flavor
How To Make crock pot chicken w/vegetables

Step 1Spray crock pot with cooking spray for an easy clean up.Put in thawed chicken breasts.Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Peel and wash potatoes.Put on top of chicken.Pour the 1/2 bag of carrots and 1/2 bag of peas on top of potatoes.Sprinkle with salt and pepper,if desired.

Step 3In a bowl put the soup and thin with a little milk.Pour over all of the ingredients in the crockpot.Turn crockpot to low.Cook for 8 hours.

Step 4About 10 minutes before serving,I made a box of Stove Top Stuffing as directed on box.Spoon the stuffing on a plate.Then put the chicken and vegetables on top.Enjoy.

Step 5We purchased some cole slaw from a chicken restaurant and had it with the chicken and stuffing.It was great.
