Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen, skinless,boneless, chicken breasts
- 1 can (10-1.2 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 - envelope (1-1/4 ounce) onion soup mix
- 4 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
- 1 - medium onion, sliced, (optional)
How To Make crock pot chicken stroganoff

Step 1Place frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot.

Step 2Mix soup, sour cream and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken.

Step 3Cook on low 7 hours or high for 4 hours. Last half hour, add mushrooms and sliced onions, if desired. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
