Crock Pot Chicken And Rice Casserole

1 1/2 cwhite rice, uncooked

4 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

How to Make Crock Pot Chicken And Rice Casserole
- Coat a crock pot with cooking spray. In a saucepan, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery, water, butter and 1 tablespoon of the onion soup mix.
- Cook, over medium heat, until the butter has melted. Place the uncooked rice in the bottom of the crock pot and pour 2/3 of the soup mixture over the rice.
- Stir well and place the chicken on top of the rice and soup. Pour the remaining soup mixture on top. Sprinkle with the paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. After 2 hours, remove the cover and stir well, otherwise do not remove the cover during cooking unless necessary. You can toss some broccoli in, if desired.
