Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 - soup can of water or milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 - envelope onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups white rice, uncooked
- 4 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- - paprika
How To Make crock pot chicken and rice casserole

Step 1Coat a crock pot with cooking spray. In a saucepan, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery, water, butter and 1 tablespoon of the onion soup mix.

Step 2Cook, over medium heat, until the butter has melted. Place the uncooked rice in the bottom of the crock pot and pour 2/3 of the soup mixture over the rice.

Step 3Stir well and place the chicken on top of the rice and soup. Pour the remaining soup mixture on top. Sprinkle with the paprika.

Step 4Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. After 2 hours, remove the cover and stir well, otherwise do not remove the cover during cooking unless necessary. You can toss some broccoli in, if desired.
