Sometimes nothing but comfort food will do. This recipe serves 4 and is designed for your budget. I make this when there is only one frozen bonless chicken breast left in the bag and we want comfort food.

Ingredients

1 large
chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1/2 medium
onion, diced
1/2 medium
green pepper, diced
2 c
chicken broth (i used homemade)
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
grill mates montreal steak seasoning.
1/2
(16 oz private selections gemelli (krogers)
3/4 c
shredded cheese

How to Make Crock pot Chicken and Noodles

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a crock pot put everything but the noodles or the cheese. (I throw the chicken breast in frozen.)

    Set on low for four and a half hours.
  • 2Come back and remove the chicken breast and dice the meat. Then return it to the crock pot and add the noodles. Return the lid to the pot and wait 1 hour. Then take off lid and sprinkle it with cheese. return the lid. You have 10 minutes to set the table and call everyone and serve. The cheese will be melted.
