Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz. jars alfredo sauce (regular or garlic flavored)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups refrigerated cooked diced potatoes with onions (from 20 oz. bag)
- 1 1/4 pounds chicken tenders
- 1 - 1 lb. packages mixed vegetables, frozen, thawed

Step 1In small bowl, mix pasta sauce, water, basil & salt.

Step 2Spray 3 - 4 qt crock pot with cooking spray. In cooker, layer half each of the potatoes, chicken strips, frozen vegetables & pasta sauce. Repeat layers ending with pasta sauce.

Step 3Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 - 8 hours.
