Crock Pot Bacon Sour Cream Chicken
12 ozbacon, cooked but not crisp
8boneless skinless chicken breasts
210-ounce cans of roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
1 csour cream
·salt & pepper to taste
How to Make Crock Pot Bacon Sour Cream Chicken
- Cook bacon...make sure the bacon is still pliable and not crisp. Drain on paper towels.m If you don't cook bacon, reduce the flour to 1/4 cup.
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each breast, and place in crock pot.
- In a medium bowl, combine soups, sour cream, and flour and whisk till combined. Pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
