1Mix the meats, juice, dressing, oil, seasonings and vegetables into a crock pot. Add sufficient COLD water to bring to 1 inch from the rim the lid sits on and let sit on high for 4-6 hours until the veggies are soft and the chicken is falling apart to the touch.
2When the meat and vegetables are almost cooked, Cook your choice of Rice (White, Brown or Yellow) or Pasta (Egg, wheat or any Vegetable noodles work great), How soon before depends on the type of base you make. Then spread over serving plate to form a base.
3Use some of the broth with flour to make a gravy, (how much and to what consistency is your choice, just make sure it has a little body at least so that it sits on top of the dish instead of soaking it through or it will become mushy).
4Using a ladle, scoop out meats and veggies onto the rice or pasta base.
5Pour a light coating of gravy over the top of the meats and vegetables.
6Sprinkle Parmesan or other grated cheese lightly over the top and serve.
