How to Make CRISPY RANCH CHICKEN.
- Preheat oven 350*F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine rice cereal, Parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl.
- Place beaten egg whites in a medium bowl. Dip each chisken thigh in the egg whites and then in the cereal mixture to coat evenly.
- Arrange the coated chicken on teh baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and juices run clear when the chicken is pieced w/ a knife, 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
- Serving Suggestion: Serve this easy dish with fresh carrots, sliced cucumbers, and buttered corn-on-the-cob.
