- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - extra virgin olive oil to coat baking dish
How To Make crispy parmesan chicken strips

Step 1Cut chicken breasts into strips. Dredge in milk. combine corn flakes, parmesan, garlic and salt. Coat chicken strips in cornflake mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees until chicken is done.

Step 2Note: You can also cut the chicken into "nuggets" and make chicken nuggets. Experiment with the coating. You can add sesame seeds, coconut etc. If you make the coconut nuggets, fruity chutneys are delicious with them!
