If you like your chicken crispy but don't like pan frying this is a great alternative method. The chicken stays moist and juicy.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    (6 ounces) french-fried onions
  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

How to Make Crispy Oven Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. In medium bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Crush french fried onions in gallon-size ziploc baggie.
  3. Grease 9x13" baking dish.
  4. Dip chicken, one piece at a time, in butter mixture, then place in baggie and turn to coat and place in baking dish.
  5. Top chicken in dish with remaining crushed onions and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
