If you like your chicken crispy but don't like pan frying this is a great alternative method. The chicken stays moist and juicy.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (6 ounces) french-fried onions
  • 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

How To Make crispy oven chicken

  • Step 1
    In medium bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Crush french fried onions in gallon-size ziploc baggie.
  • Step 3
    Grease 9x13" baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Dip chicken, one piece at a time, in butter mixture, then place in baggie and turn to coat and place in baking dish.
  • Step 5
    Top chicken in dish with remaining crushed onions and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
  • Step 6
    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
