If you like your chicken crispy but don't like pan frying this is a great alternative method. The chicken stays moist and juicy.

butter, melted
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
ground mustard
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 can(s)
(6 ounces) french-fried onions
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

How to Make Crispy Oven Chicken


  • 1In medium bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper.
  • 2Crush french fried onions in gallon-size ziploc baggie.
  • 3Grease 9x13" baking dish.
  • 4Dip chicken, one piece at a time, in butter mixture, then place in baggie and turn to coat and place in baking dish.
  • 5Top chicken in dish with remaining crushed onions and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
  • 6Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
