- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups crushed butter crackers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
How To Make crispy cracker butter chicken

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Step 2In a shallow bowl, place the 2 beaten eggs. In another shallow bowl, combine the crushed crackers, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Step 3Dredge a chicken breast in the beaten egg.

Step 4Then, dredge the chicken in the cracker mixture.

Step 5Place in the prepared baking pan. Repeat with the other three chicken breasts.
