This is a dinner pie that "hits the spot" on a cool or cold winter day, or any day that you want to feel that comfort. I made this for my family on a try and see test. They ate every bite and wanted more. Hope you Enjoy!
1boil chicken breast till done, let cool and dice into squares.
peel, and dice potatoes, bring to a boil till slightly tender, drain, put into a medium bowl with chicken.
in small bowl mix together milk,flour,salt,pepper till smooth.
Mix together chicken,potatoes,cheddar cheese,diced onion and flour mixture.
Spray a medium pan with cooking spray, pour mixture into pan and cook till one side is golden brown on medium low about 20-25 minutes then flip over.
After both sides are golden brown you will see that the edges come together and form a pie.
Just simply slide your pie onto a plate and serve hot. You may top with anything such as baby spinach leafs and a cheese sauce if desired.
