cream cheese softened
1/4 c
can rotel (no juice)
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp
2 1/2 c
cooked chicken diced
2 can(s)
crescent rolls
3 Tbsp
melted butter

italian or plain bread crumbs

How to Make Crescent Roll Pockets


  • 1Mix together cream cheese,rotel,salt&pepper and milk till blended and smooth add chicken unfold two crecent rolls and overlap slightly pressing seams together spread out slightly not to thin repeat with remaining dough divide chicken mixture evenly fold over and pinch edges together brush butter over each crescent roll sprinkle with bread crumbs bake at 350 for 20 mins note:I wanted to use italian seasoned bread crumbs but only had plain on hand so i sprinkled alittle good season italian dressing mix the little packages, in the bread crumbs worked great I served with broc&cheese (FOR ANYONE MAY NOT KNOW ROTEL IS DICED TOMATOES WITH GREEN CHILIES IN IT THE CAN USUALLY IS A 10.oz CAN HOPE THIS HELP
