Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons creole seasoning
  • 1 can chopped green chilis
  • 16 ounces sour cream

How To Make creole chicken with green chilis

  • Step 1
    Cut Chickenbreasts into 1/2 inch slices. Saute, slowly (or onions loose flavor), onions in butter until translucent. Add chicken and seasoning. Cook until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add green chili's and sour cream. Simmer 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Serve over Hot Rice or egg noodles
