I had some chicken breasts and some spinch and wondered what to do with it, so came up with this recipe. Very simple to make and oh so yummy!

Ingredients

4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated parmesan chees
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 - 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry

How To Make creamy spinach slathered chicken

Step 1

Heat oevn to 350. Spray an 8" square baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in baking dish.

Step 2

In bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Spread spinach mix evenly over chicken.
Step 3

Bake chicken for 35 mins, or until cooked through.
