I got this recipe at our family reunion. I thought it was like an enchilada style and my cousins thought it was an alfredo!! We were both wrong!! Either way it's delicious and simple to make!!!

How to Make Creamy Ranch Hot Pasta

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook chicken and pasta thoroughly. You can use leftover chicken if it's available. One night I cook a whole chicken for supper and we eat half for supper and then I will make this the next night and my family has no idea it's from leftovers!!
  2. In a 9x13 cake pan mix shredded chicken, pasta, ranch, chopped pepper&onions together. Top with mozzarella. You can add more if you want. Bake at 350 for 35 min or until done.
