I got this recipe at our family reunion. I thought it was like an enchilada style and my cousins thought it was an alfredo!! We were both wrong!! Either way it's delicious and simple to make!!!

1/2 medium chicken use any parts i use breast
1 box rotini pasta
1 bottle ranch dressing normal size
1 - green bell pepper
1 - onion
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese

How To Make creamy ranch hot pasta

Step 1

Cook chicken and pasta thoroughly. You can use leftover chicken if it's available. One night I cook a whole chicken for supper and we eat half for supper and then I will make this the next night and my family has no idea it's from leftovers!!

Step 2

In a 9x13 cake pan mix shredded chicken, pasta, ranch, chopped pepper&onions together. Top with mozzarella. You can add more if you want. Bake at 350 for 35 min or until done.
