This recipe came from needing something to be waiting to eat at the end of the day and had to use what I had!

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 4 - frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup romano cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make creamy parmesan crock pot chicken

  • Step 1
    Place frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot and cover with stock.
  • Step 2
    Add sliced onion to top of chicken.
  • Step 3
    Combine soups, remaining stock, half n half, garlic, cheeses, melted butter and salt & pepper. Mix well and cover onions and chicken with mixture.
  • Step 4
    Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  • Step 5
    Enjoy with rice or noodles!
