8-10chicken breast halves, divided
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cwhite wine
3/4 cshredded monteray jack cheese
How to Make Creamy Monty Chicken
- Place wine in the bottom of pressure cooker. Place the chicken on top.
- Dump the soups over the chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Place lid on pressure cooker and lock in place. Set on meat/chicken setting for 12 minutes. Allow the steam to release by itself. Serve over noodles or spaghetti.
