Got the inspiration for this recipe while lying in bed and wondering what in the world I was gonna to make for dinner the next day using ingredients I already had in the kitchen. This is amazing! Not one thing I, personally, would change about it!

5 medium
boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 pkg
fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c
italian dressing (bottle)
3/4 c
white wine
4 oz
cream cheese
3 Tbsp
2 tsp
chopped garlic

How to Make Creamy Italian Mushroom Chicken


  • 1Wash and trim chicken. Wash and slice mushrooms. Place in crock-pot.
  • 2Cut cream cheese and butter into smaller chunks and place on top of chicken and mushrooms then sprinkle garlic on top.
  • 3In mixing bowl, combine soup, dressing and wine. Mix until smooth. Pour over chicken/mushroom mixture in crock-pot.
  • 4Cook on high 4 to 5 hours. Serve over your favorite pasta.
