How to Make Creamy Italian Mushroom Chicken
- Wash and trim chicken. Wash and slice mushrooms. Place in crock-pot.
- Cut cream cheese and butter into smaller chunks and place on top of chicken and mushrooms then sprinkle garlic on top.
- In mixing bowl, combine soup, dressing and wine. Mix until smooth. Pour over chicken/mushroom mixture in crock-pot.
- Cook on high 4 to 5 hours. Serve over your favorite pasta.
