Ingredients
- FOR THE POTATOES
- 6 large russet or yukon gold potatoes peeled
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon creamy horseradish sauce
- cream or milk for consistency
- salt and pepper
- FOR THE CHICKEN
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish sauce
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make creamy horseradish chicken w horseradish mash

Step 1For the mash. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water. Drain. Put the potatoes through a ricer. Mix in butter, horseradish and cream or milk to make the preferred consistency. Taste and season with salt and pepper

Step 2For the chicken add butter to the pan and let melt. Add the flour and cook 3 minutes. Add the chicken broth and whisk until thickened. Add the horseradish and chicken.

Step 3Cook the chicken in the sauce until no longer pink. About 12 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley
