Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
How To Make creamy garlic sauce & pasta

Step 1Boil pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking make sauce.

Step 2In a pan over medium heat combine butter, olive oil, heavy cream, and cream cheese and whisk until smooth; reduce heat to medium low; add diced fresh garlic to sauce and stir and let simmer for a minute or two; remove from heat, add salt & pepper stir to incorporate.

Step 3Drain pasta and return to pot; pour sauce over noodles and stir to coat, transfer to serving plate and top with chopped green onions; serve immediatly...enjoy!
