Creamy Garlic Sauce & Pasta
8 ozegg noodles, uncooked
1/4 c(1/2 stick) butter
1/4 colive oil
2/3 cheavy cream
2 ozcream cheese, room temperature
3 clovegarlic, diced
·salt and pepper, to taste
1 Tbspgreen onions, chopped
How to Make Creamy Garlic Sauce & Pasta
- Boil pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking make sauce.
- In a pan over medium heat combine butter, olive oil, heavy cream, and cream cheese and whisk until smooth; reduce heat to medium low; add diced fresh garlic to sauce and stir and let simmer for a minute or two; remove from heat, add salt & pepper stir to incorporate.
- Drain pasta and return to pot; pour sauce over noodles and stir to coat, transfer to serving plate and top with chopped green onions; serve immediatly...enjoy!
