Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- SAUCE
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley chopped
How To Make creamy garlic parmesan mushroom chicken

Step 1In a large skillet add the oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken about 15 minutes turning to get it browned well on both sides. Remove the chicken to a plate and set aside. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are browned. Remove to a plate.

Step 2Add the butter to the pan and let it melt. Add the garlic and cook until tender. Add the flour and whisk well. Whisk in the chicken stock, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese.

Step 3Add the chicken and mushrooms back to the pan. Cook in the sauce another 10 minutes. Garnish with the parsley and serve
