  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 c
    dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • ·
    tarragon leaves for garnish

How to Make Creamy Garlic Dijon Mustard Chicken


  1. Add oil to large skillet. Salt and pepper the chicken thighs and place them in the skillet. Add the butter and cook until browned on both sides and almost done in center. About 10 minutes. Remove chicken to a plate and set aside. Add garlic to skillet and cook 30 seconds. Add the wine and deglaze the pan scrapping up any bits on bottom of pan.
  2. Let most wine evaporate then whisk in the mustard. Whisk until smooth then pour in the heavy cream and whisk until well incorporated.
  3. Add chicken back to pan along with any drippings accumulated on plate.
    Serve garnished with fresh tarragon leaves
