Ingredients
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
- - tarragon leaves for garnish
How To Make creamy garlic dijon mustard chicken

Step 1Add oil to large skillet. Salt and pepper the chicken thighs and place them in the skillet. Add the butter and cook until browned on both sides and almost done in center. About 10 minutes. Remove chicken to a plate and set aside. Add garlic to skillet and cook 30 seconds. Add the wine and deglaze the pan scrapping up any bits on bottom of pan.

Step 2Let most wine evaporate then whisk in the mustard. Whisk until smooth then pour in the heavy cream and whisk until well incorporated.

Step 3Add chicken back to pan along with any drippings accumulated on plate. Serve garnished with fresh tarragon leaves
