Ingredients
- 4 - bone in chicken thighs
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 20 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 small lime juiced
How To Make creamy garlic chicken thighs with thyme

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Add olive oil to large skillet. Sprinkle the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken in the oil until deeply browned and crispy. Remove chicken to baking dish and place in oven.

Step 2Wipe out the skillet and add a little more oil. Saute the cloves of garlic in hot oil 30 seconds. Add the chicken stock, cayenne pepper and thyme sprigs. Bring to a boil. Add the heavy cream and bring back to a boil.

Step 3Reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes stirring often until reduced and thickened. Discard the thyme sprigs. Add the lime juice. Serve the sauce with the chicken.
