This is a Hanover (PA)Hospital night shift work favorite! Rarely any leftovers! Can use full fat soup and cream cheese but dish is VERY rich.

Ingredients For creamy crock pot chicken

4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 pkgitalian dressing mix

1 canfat free cream of chicken soup

8 ozfat free cream cheese

1 Tbsplow fat margarine (optional)
How To Make creamy crock pot chicken

1place chicken, dressing mix and margarine in crockpot. Cook Low 4-6hrs or high 3-4 hrs until the chicken easily pulls apart with a fork

2cut chicken into bite sized chunks.

3stir in soup and cream cheese. heat unitl warmed thru (1hr on low, 30 min on high.

4serve with rice, pasta or on toasted bread.
