This is a Hanover (PA)Hospital night shift work favorite! Rarely any leftovers!

Can use full fat soup and cream cheese but dish is VERY rich.

chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 pkg
italian dressing mix
1 can(s)
fat free cream of chicken soup
8 oz
fat free cream cheese
1 Tbsp
low fat margarine (optional)


1place chicken, dressing mix and margarine in crockpot. Cook Low 4-6hrs or high 3-4 hrs until the chicken easily pulls apart with a fork
2cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
3stir in soup and cream cheese. heat unitl warmed thru (1hr on low, 30 min on high.
4serve with rice, pasta or on toasted bread.
