Creamy Chicken Salad
1store bought rotisserie chicken
2-3 Tbspwhipped cream cheese
2 tspmccormick salad seasoning
1-2 tsponion powder
2-3 Tbspolive oil mayonaise
·salt and pepper to taste
·finely diced celery
·chopped hard boiled egg-optional
·toasted buns or bread
How to Make Creamy Chicken Salad
- Remove skin, debone, pull apart the chicken and chop it.
- Put the cream cheese in a small bowl and microwave it for about 20 seconds or until smooth but not overly hot, stir.
- Mix everything together in a bowl-you can ajdust the mayo and seasonings to your taste.
- Season with salt and pepper. Put in a covered bowl and refrigerate for about a half hour before serving on toasted buns or bread.
