I trying to think of some nice comfort food for a cold evening and I came up with this, based on what I had in my pantry.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 can milk (using the soup can)
- 4 slices american cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
How To Make creamy chicken rotini

Step 1heat cream cheese and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Step 2Add garlic, onion, soup, sour cream, American cheese and milk. Stir until smooth and bring to a low simmer, then reduce heat to warm, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Heat olive oil in skillet and add chicken. Cook until chicken is lightly browned and done through.

Step 4Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and mix into sauce. Fold in chicken and serve.
