~ creamy chicken noodle skillet ~
A quick and tasty one skillet meal I had on the table in 25 minutes. I had the chicken already cooked. Prep the night before and it can be on the table in 15 minutes tops. Leftover rotisserie chicken would be great for this dish, to subtract even more time on a busy schedule. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, thawed and par cooked in water, drain
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup each - chopped onion & chopped celery
- 3/4 tablespoon minced garlic - i used jarred this time
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chicken bullion powder or paste
- 1/4 teaspoon bells - poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt - & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon parsley paste
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 - egg
How To Make ~ creamy chicken noodle skillet ~

Step 1Cook noodles and drain

Step 2In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook the onions, celery and garlic until tender. About 3 minutes.

Step 3In a bowl, whisk together the flour, egg and milk and set aside Add the broth and seasonings and bring to a boil. Once boiling add the noodles, chicken and vegetables and return to a boil.

Step 4Slowly stir in the flour mixture and bring to a boil and stir until thickened. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.

Step 5Serve immediately. ** Turkey and other vegetables can be used in place of the chicken and mixed vegetables.
