Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    bone in chicken parts (legs, thighs, breast, wings)
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/4 c
    uncooked white rice
  • 1 pinch
    rosemary, dried
  • ·
    mayonnaise

How to Make Creamy chicken and rice casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix together the soups, rosemary and uncooked white rice
  3. Pour soup mixture into a long baking dish and lay chicken pieces on top
  4. Lightly coat each chicken piece with mayonnaise and bake in preheated oven, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through
