I love casserole and casserole-like recipes. And, like my husband says, cream of mushroom soup makes everything better! :)

Ingredients

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- olive oil
1 cup sour cream
1 can 10 oz of chunk chicken, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (6 oz) of sliced mushrooms, drained
- 12 oz bag of egg noodles, cooked per package instructions

How To Make creamy chicken and noodles (super easy!)

Step 1

Heat onion in oil until tender over medium heat. Add chicken, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Cook until heated throughout.

Step 2

Reduce heat to low. Add sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot egg noodles.
