Ingredients
- 1 - chicken breast per person
- 1 can diced chiles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sourcream
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- - shredded cheese
- - flour tortillas
- 1 can sliced olives
- - taco seasoning mix (adjust to your personal taste)
How To Make creamy & cheesy chicken enchiladas

Step 1boil chicken breasts and shred.

Step 2Place in skillet, mix w/taco seasoning till well blended.

Step 3While that is heating through mix diced chiles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and enchilada sauce in a bowl, set aside.

Step 4place desired amount of chicken in each tortilla, add some cheese, and roll.

Step 5Place in a 9x13 baking pan. Once full pour mixture over the enchiladas.

Step 6Top w/more cheese, add sliced olives. Bake in 350* oven for approx 30min or until hot and bubbly.
