Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots, peeled, cut diagonally into thin slices
- 1 cup chicken broth, low salt, fat free
- 1 package chive & onion cream cheese (in tub)
- 4 tablespoons chives, dried, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make creamy carrots

Step 1Bring carrots & broth to boil in lare skillet on medium high heat; cover. Simmer on medium low heat 8 - 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp tender.

Step 2Uncover; simmer 8 - 10 minutes or until most of the broth is absorbed & carrots are tender.

Step 3Remove from heat. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Sprinkle with chives & pepper.
