Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sliced almonds
- 6 - boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 - can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make creamy almond chicken

Step 1Melt 1 tbsp butter in the skillet. Add almonds and cook until browned. Remove almonds, set aside.

Step 2Pound chicken breasts thin.

Step 3Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.

Step 5Add 1/3 cup toasted almonds, heavy cream, cream of chicken soup, marmalade, Dijon and red pepper flakes, stir.

Step 6Simmer for 10 minutes, until sauce thickens. Garnish with remaining almonds. Serve with rice.
