boneless chicken breasts
can cream of chicken soup
red pepper flakes
1Melt 1 tbsp butter in the skillet. Add almonds and cook until browned. Remove almonds, set aside.
2Pound chicken breasts thin.
3Season with salt and pepper.
4Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
5Add 1/3 cup toasted almonds, heavy cream, cream of chicken soup, marmalade, Dijon and red pepper flakes, stir.
6Simmer for 10 minutes, until sauce thickens. Garnish with remaining almonds. Serve with rice.
