This recipe is a for sure way to get the whole family together we all love it! So whoever makes it knows we will all do whatever we can to get there for dinner!! This is one yummy mean. We like to serve corn bread sticks with it and a salad is always good too.

Ingredients
- 7 - chicken breast boiled very tender
- 2 tablespoons ground fresh jalapenos
- 1 - onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 3/4 cups tomato juice
- 2 cups velveeta cheese
- 3/4 cup can milk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 12 - tortillas slightly fried
How To Make creamed chicken tacos

Step 1saute ground jalapenos and onion in butter and then add flour and tomato juice

Step 2Simmer few minutes and cool

Step 3Melt velveeta and both milks until well blended...In double boiler is a good way to do this.

Step 4Remove chicken from bone then add to first mixture and gradually add cheese mixture.

Step 5Make alternate layers with tortillas and chicken mix Use 8x12" Pyrex dish. I lay out 6 tortillas and then chicken then 6 more tortillas and chicken and top with rest of the sauce

Step 6Bake in oven 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
