Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - dash or pepper
How To Make creamed chicken livers

Step 1Fry the bacon until its crispy ; remove from skillet and reserve drippings.

Step 2Combine the flour with the garlic powder and a dash of pepper ; coat the livers and fry them and the onions in about 4 TBS. of the bacon drippings until livers are browned ; Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Step 3Mix the soup and water together and stir into the livers ; cook until heated through.

Step 4Serve on top of hot rice and pour gravy over top of livers , top with bacon.
