Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, frozen
  • 1 jar(s)
    salsa, tomato-based
  • 1 can(s)
    corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, canned and drained
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    rice, cooked and hot
  • 1 pkg
    corn chips (optional)

How to Make Crazy Easy Crockpot Mexican Chicken


  1. Put FROZEN chicken breasts into crock pot. Have faith!
  2. Add salsa, corn, and beans
  3. Heat in crock pot on low for 6-8 hr.
    If desired, remove chicken & shred. Return to crock pot
  4. Serve with corn chips, rice, and/or sour cream.
