- 1 jar salsa, tomato-based
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, canned and drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups rice, cooked and hot
- 1 package corn chips (optional)

Step 1Put FROZEN chicken breasts into crock pot. Have faith!

Step 3Heat in crock pot on low for 6-8 hr. If desired, remove chicken & shred. Return to crock pot
