cranberry orange sauce
Great sauce to use with pork roast or chicken. Originally got this recipe from James Beardsley cooking show. The original recipe calls for dredging the meat in flour and browning it in a frying pan but I skip that part with no loss of flavor.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup orange juice, unsweetened
- 1 can cranberry sauce - whole berry
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup onion - minced
- 3 pounds pork loin roast
How To Make cranberry orange sauce

Step 1Mix orange juice, cranberry sauce, cinnamon and minced onions together in a roasting pan until it starts to bubble.

Step 2Add the pork roast and roast at 350. Time depends on the size of the roast you are using, but start at 1 hour. You can also use a crock pot to cook the meat and sauce.

Step 3You can substitute the pork roast with chicken parts or a whole chicken.
