cranberry chicken
This recipe came from Cambpell's soup cookbook. Of course when I saw the word cranberry, well had to try it ! It is easy and good with low-fat Cream of Mushroom or or low-fat Cream of Chicken soup in the topping ! I figure we can never have enough chicken recipes ! Right?

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 - boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup each of cranberry juice and orange juice
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) campbell's cream of mushroom or cream of chicken 98% fat free soup
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage or 1 tsp. dried sage leaves crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups cooked instant white rice
How To Make cranberry chicken

Step 11.HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned

Step 22.ADD juices, soup, cranberries, sage, and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. or until done.

Step 3SERVE over rice. Serves 4
