8-10 - cornish game hens
1 bottle jack daniel's horseradish mustard
1 bottle jack danel's bbq sauce
1 stick spiced garlic butter
1 cup water, warm /or alittle wiskey

How To Make cowboy game hens

Step 1

Prepair a fire in fire pit. Wash and dry hens.. Rub hens with garlick / spiced butter. line them up on the spit.Se 1/2-1 foot above fire.Over med heat.

Step 2

turn hens 1/4 turn every 15-20 min. Thin mustard with water/or wiskey. wile hens are cooking baste with mustard and BBQ sauce. Continue turning every 15-20 min. Hens are done when juices run clear. Serve over cooked rice
