  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 - eggs beaten
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons peprika
  • 4 tablespoons half an half milk
  • 1/4 cup veg or peanut oil

How To Make country fried chicken

  • Step 1
    place flour peprika, salt, pepper, in a lrg resealable bag in the meantime place the oil in a med sized skillet an heat till hot also mix the egg an milk in a med sized bowl for dredging chicken.
  • Step 2
    dredge your chicken in egg an milk mixture about 4 pieces at a time place in bag with flour an shake to coat. then place the coated chicken in the hot oil
  • Step 3
    while the chicken is frying dredge the next 4 pieces in egg an milk then in flour an shake
  • Step 4
    the chicen should cook about 7 min on each side turning twice it should be done but check always to be sure thanks
