Step-By-Step

1place flour peprika, salt, pepper, in a lrg resealable bag in the meantime place the oil in a med sized skillet an heat till hot also mix the egg an milk in a med sized bowl for dredging chicken.
2dredge your chicken in egg an milk mixture about 4 pieces at a time place in bag with flour an shake to coat. then place the coated chicken in the hot oil
3while the chicken is frying dredge the next 4 pieces in egg an milk then in flour an shake
4the chicen should cook about 7 min on each side turning twice it should be done but check always to be sure thanks
