Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coursely ground fresh black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 - chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup tobasco or hot pepper sace
- - other seasonings as preferred
How To Make country fried chicken

Step 1Add the flour and spices together. Place in a ziploc bag.

Step 2Dry the chicken breasts with paper towels. Combine the buttermilk and hot pepper sauce.

Step 3Dredge the chicken breasts in the buttermilk. Place the chicken, one breast at a time, in the flour mixture. Place on a plate. Dip the chicken into the buttermilk again, and flour again.

Step 4Put the prepared chicken in hot oil (around 350 degrees) and allow to brown well on each side. Drain on paper towels or a brown paper bag. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes to cool and so the juices will not run.
