Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables-cooked
  • 2 cups small shell pasta-cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese-divided
  • 2 cups chicken-cut in pieces/shredded
  • 1 (10.75) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (2.8 oz) can french fried onions-divided
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make country casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350'. In a large bowl, combine cooked vegetables, cooked pasta, 1 cup cheese, chicken, soup, half the can of onions, milk, pepper, garlic powder, & salt. Spoon into casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Bake 25 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Top with remaining 1 cup cheese & remaining onions. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
