Ingredients
- FOR THE BATTER
- 2 cups kellogg's corn flake crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon each paprika and ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon each cumin and allspice
- FOR THE CHICKEN
- 4 boneless thighs cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 large egg beaten
- oil for deep frying
How To Make cornflake crumb fried chicken

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together for the coating.

Step 2Place the flour on one plate and egg on another.

Step 3Heat the oil to 350 degrees. Dredge the chicken in the flour shaking off excess.

Step 4lay the pieces one at at time in the egg then lay in the crumb mixture. Deep fry about 5 to 7 minutes.
