Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can corn kernels, fresh
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces corn muffin mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cornbread pie

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Step 2
    STIR, THE SOUP, CORN and chicken in a 9 inch pie plate
  • Step 3
    stir the muffin mix,milk and egg in BOWL UNTIL COMBINED.
  • Step 4
    SPREAD THE BATTER OVER THE CHICKEN MIXTURE, bake for 30 min or until the top is golden brown. top with cheese.
