- dash pepper to taste
- cup butter, cold
How To Make corn flake chicken
-
Step 1Pre heat oven to 375
-
Step 2Rinse chicken breasts well and pat dry. Then lay each one out even, and dash the garlic powder, salt, and pepper on them. Take your butter and start to coat each chicken breast. If you like, mix the garlic, salt and pepper into the butter to make sure the seasoning sticks evenly.
-
Step 3After all breasts are coated with butter, take your corn flakes and place them in a zip lock baggie. Gallon size is the best! Fill bag about half way, and start crunching the flakes with your hands. Then take a chicken breast and throw it in. Toss back and forth until the breast is fully coated. Repeat with each breast. Spray Baking pan with pam or butter, I preferer a deep dish, only because the butter sometimes accumulates at the bottom of the pan and you dont want that spilling over the sides:) Cook for about 45min.
