In my eyes and familys these are a major ten.. I love corn dogs, But these are sooooo much better for you.. No frying...The taste of sweetness.. OMG .. I just cant get enough of them.. I dip mine in mustard...yummmo

Ingredients
- 2 - (8.5 ounce) packages jiffys cornbread mix
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 6 - hot dogs -- chop up hotdogs .. i slice down middle then slice crossways going up hotdogs

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.. I use cupcake holders and muffin pans.. YOU could grease your pans.. But I like the papers..

Step 2Stir together the cornbread mix and the brown sugar in a large bowl.

Step 3Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Fold the eggs mix into the dry mixture until moistened.Then add chopped hot dogs,

Step 4I use my ice cream scoop to put in muffin tins...use heaping scoop

Step 5Bake in a preheated oven 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
