How To Make corn-crisped chicken

Step 1Dip pieces of 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer in 1/2 cup PET Evaporated Milk. Roll in mixture of 1 cup corn flake crumbs, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Bake in shallow pan lined with aluminum foil, and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until tender.
