1Whisk together the egg milk and pickle juice add the chicken pieces and marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours.
2Mix the flour, powdered sugar, salt and pepper together. Heat the oil to 350 degrees. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and fry about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Once all the chicken is cooked. Increase the heat to 375 degrees.
3Fry a second time for 3 to 5 minutes until golden browned.
Serve with honey mustard, ranch dressing, or honey butter.
