It is fast to make and full of flavor. Note: If you want some flavor, try using a lemon and garlic marinade. Marinate the chicken in the fridge overnight.

chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
1/2 c
celery, diced
1/2 c
green bell pepper, diced
1/2 c
onions, diced
4 oz
mushrooms, drained
1/2 c
chicken broth
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 c
cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup

How to Make Company Chicken Casserole Crockpot


  • 1In large bowl, combine all ingredients except noodles and chicken.
  • 2Grease the crockpot. Place chicken in crockpot, then pour in mixture over top.
  • 3Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • 4Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender; drain and rinse thoroughly.
  • 5Add noodles and mix together. Cook for another 2-3 hours.
  • 6Can cook on high for 3-4 hours but use of cooked chicken is recommended to insure your health.
  • 7If it comes out a little watery you will need to add 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch to about 1/2 c of hot water. Then stir a little of the mixture in until the sauce gets the consistancy you desire.
