Ingredients
- 8 ounces noodles
- 3 cups chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
How To Make company chicken casserole crockpot

Step 1In large bowl, combine all ingredients except noodles and chicken.

Step 2Grease the crockpot. Place chicken in crockpot, then pour in mixture over top.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Step 4Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender; drain and rinse thoroughly.

Step 5Add noodles and mix together. Cook for another 2-3 hours.

Step 6Can cook on high for 3-4 hours but use of cooked chicken is recommended to insure your health.

Step 7If it comes out a little watery you will need to add 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch to about 1/2 c of hot water. Then stir a little of the mixture in until the sauce gets the consistancy you desire.
