1spray glass baking dish with non-stick spray. line glass baking dish with the slices of dried beef. Roll chichen breasts up with bacon, wrapped or jelly roll style, and place on top of the beef. Mix soup and sour cream well, pour on top of meats. Cover, bake at 250 x 2 hrs. Uncover and bake at 350 30 min to an hour. Works in the crock pot as well, just thinner sauce.
2Serve with long grain and wild rice, glazed baby carrots and dinner rolls. I suggest a lite dessert if any.
